At our Academy locations in Cologne, Berlin, and soon nationwide, we offer a diverse program of trainings and advanced trainings for anyone who wants to teach movement professionally or deepen their skills.

What makes the YTTP Academy special?
The YTTP Academy stands for modern, hands on, and sound trainings in Pilates, Reformer, and functional training. We combine physical precision, anatomical knowledge, and mindfulness in a format that truly prepares you for teaching. Our trainings are compact, intensive, and full of hands on exercises, ideal for anyone who wants to become a Pilates teacher.
What requirements do I need?
Depending on the course format, you can start even without prior experience. For our Reformer Pilates training, we recommend a completed or ongoing Mat Pilates training or a similar prior training. If you already teach yoga or fitness, you can expand your knowledge here in a targeted way.
Where do the trainings take place?
Our courses take place at our YTTP Academy locations in Cologne (Nippes) and in Berlin (Kreuzberg). Both locations are central, modernly equipped, and offer ideal learning conditions. More locations will follow.
How long do the trainings take?
Our trainings vary in scope and intensity: 60h for compact trainings and advanced trainings, 120h intensive formats such as the Mat and Reformer combo training, 150h all round trainings. You can complete the training alongside your job or intensively, according to your schedule.
Do I receive an official certificate?
Yes. After successful participation and examination, you receive an official YTTP Academy certificate documenting your training hours, content, and teachers. This qualifies you to teach professionally, in studios, personal trainings, or online.
Can I complete the training alongside my job?
Yes. Our Pilates and Reformer trainings are structured so they can be combined with work or family. Many modules take place compactly on weekends or as intensive blocks.
Is installment payment possible?
Yes. During checkout, you can split the amount into monthly installments with Klarna or PayPal. This runs directly through the respective provider and with no surcharge from us.
What does a Pilates or Reformer training at YTTP cost?
The cost varies depending on duration and format. You can find the current price with the respective training, along with the dates of the next cohort.
Can I teach at YTTP after the training?
In principle, yes. With convincing performance and a passed exam, you have the chance to become part of the YTTP Teaching Team. Many of our graduates now regularly teach at our studios in Cologne and Berlin. However, we cannot guarantee this in advance.
