Grace meets Strength. Precision meets Power.
Functional Barre is a 32 hour advanced training for movement trainers who want to combine classic Barre elements with functional training, modern anatomy, and flowing sequences.
The concept combines strength, posture, mobility, and body awareness into an effective, elegant, and highly efficient training format. Functional Barre is precise, powerful, and elegant, with a focus on deep muscles, core stability, leg and glute strength, and an upright, strong posture.
Discover the contentFunctional Barre combines classic Barre work, inspired by ballet and dance, with functional movement patterns, modern training principles, and a clear methodical structure. The focus is on controlled, small movements, isometric holds and pulses, functional strength sequences, conscious breathing and alignment, and flowing transitions instead of rigid sequences. The result is an intense full body workout that builds strength, improves posture, and conveys lightness at the same time.
After the advanced training, you can teach safe, effective Functional Barre classes, implement classic Barre work in a functional and contemporary way, specifically promote strength, posture, and body awareness, offer varied classes for different target groups, and expand your course offering in a stylish and high quality way.
This advanced training is aimed at Pilates teachers, yoga teachers, Barre and dance trainers, functional and group fitness trainers, and personal trainers with a movement focus. You don't need a dance background, just enjoyment of precise movement, posture, and functional strengthening.
