Part 2
You learn to cue exercises within these movement patterns precisely and to adjust them with purpose. You can simplify or intensify them, matching the focus and the target group.
Part 3
Volume, intensity, variation, frequency, and tempo: you gain a basic sports science understanding of how these variables work together and how they enable progressive overload in training with the barbell and in the gym.
