Requirements

This training is ideal if you are new to teaching Pilates and want to build a solid foundation, if you already have Pilates experience and want to teach professionally, or if you value quality, precision, and a modern teaching style.

Part 1

The fundamentals and principles of Pilates matwork

You will learn the essential principles of mat Pilates: breathing, alignment, centering, concentration, precision, and flow. These form the basis for every class and allow you to guide your participants safely and effectively.

Part 2

Anatomical principles and movement understanding

We give you a sound understanding of the key anatomical connections in Pilates training. This way, you can not only guide movements correctly but also understand and pass on the reasoning behind them.

Part 3

Methodology and class design

A Pilates class should be safe on one hand, but also motivating in its structure. From structure to the use of language to conveying your presence, we give you the tools for clear and inspiring teaching.

Part 4

Variations and modifications

The art lies in adapting exercises individually and making them accessible for different levels, from beginner to advanced, and also for injuries and pregnancy. This way, you meet your participants exactly where they are while offering them new challenges at the same time.

Part 5

Practical exercises: teaching, observing, giving feedback

A key part of the training is practice. You will teach yourself, observe others, and give feedback. This way, you develop your skills step by step and gain confidence in front of the group.

Self Practice

Self practice and observation

Self practice and observation hours, through watching classes, also give you a good understanding of structure, language, and atmosphere of a class.
